I purchased this model after a lot of research on similar models.. What can I say.. At the moment it is impeccable! Arrived sooooo sooner than expected (about in 5 days).. Very accurate packaging. The bike is mounted circ to 90%.. Immediately assembled and tested and it is really intuitive and practical. At the moment with the first charge I did about 40km.. I think that on average using the assistance enough the miles travelable are pretty much those.. Discreet front suspension.. Rear much less.. But these are silly changes that will eventually be remedied.. The seller is super ok! Very available to any question, doubt or perplexity! The supplied display has most of the parameters unlockable and already so is very enjoyable.. Having asked the seller already before the purchase about having the possibility to modify all the parameters he subsequently sent me a new display completely editable at cost 0!.. Overall at the moment it is a great buy. Recommended!

Ho acquistato questo modello dopo svariate ricerche su modelli simili.. Che dire.. Al momento è impeccabile! Arrivata mooooolto prima del previsto (circa in 5gg).. Imballo molto accurato. La bici è montata circ al 90%.. Subito montata e provata ed è davvero intuitiva e pratica. Al momento con la prima ricarica ho fatto circa 40km.. Credo che in media usando abbastanza l'assistenza i km percorribili siano pressoché quelli.. Sospensione anteriore discreta.. Posteriore molto meno.. Ma son modifiche sciocche che eventualmente si pone rimedio.. Il venditore è super ok! Disponibilissimo a qualsiasi domanda, dubbio o perplessità! Il display in dotazione ha la maggior parte dei parametri sbloccabili e gia cosi è molto godibile.. Avendo fatto richiesta al venditore gia prima dell'acquisto sull'aver la possibilità di modificar tutti i parametri mi ha successivamente inviato un display nuovo completamente modificabile a costo 0!.. In generale al momento è un ottimo acquisto. Consigliato!

Perfect seller, Bicycle comes with wrong defective battery. Battery was probably faulty from factory because during heavy usage it turned off. I sent a proof to the seller and he resend a new battery.
