The customization takes awhile to use to, and it's good to keep the quick start guide nearby if you need to remember the manual functions, otherwise it's very plug & play, detecting each cup type individually. It's also very stylish, and I am very happy with the presentation overall. Not mentioned in the kit is that it includes a tube to connect hosing for water feeding (Seen in the images, I don't believe I have any means of using it, but it's pretty cool it's an option) as well as a tamper & scoop for the coffee grounds. The AC plug is also very flexible, as it's the exact same plug type used on PC PSUs, so you can easily swap with a longer AC plug if needed. Absolutely no complaints with it after a little while of use. Easy operation, easy cleanup, good quality overall.
