The package arrived intact. Assembly is not difficult. It is compatible with Kinomap, but I am currently using it with FitShow. After three days of use (3 hours), I can recommend it; it is a price-value champion. The 16 levels still seem sufficient. It is indeed easy to move and fits in a small space. The program recognizes it with the identifier ROWER-1105.
