However, I wasn't so lucky with this one; it took about a month and a half. The support was really helpful during the whole time and prioritized delivery for me as soon as it was back in stock. The packaging is excellent; even though the box sustained some damage, the bike remained untouched. Keep in mind that the bike is foldable and can fit in a car, but it's very heavy—35kg by itself and 40kg in the box. You should definitely ask for help when it’s delivered.
