Product is good, but the function (initial setting and calibration) is complicated compared to other products with the same purpose. It would be better to find somewhere accurate instructions because the included use manual is very poor.

I use it to check the surface temperature of a seemingly accurate thermometer, baking disc and dish. So far, it's working fine.
