The watch arrived very quickly with emailed updates. The box it came in was rather plain and generic, but the contents well packed. All the sensors provide information, whether very accurate is debateable, but at least give indications. Battery life is up to expectations lasting several days of high use. The large choice of watch faces means there is one suitable for most people. My only gripe is when the Bluetooth connection cuts off, maybe due to extended proximity, the watch does not automatically reconnect when back in range which is very frustrating, hence only 4 Stars. I have bought more than 40 smart watches over the years and this lack of reconnection is nearly unique.
