Received mine a little earlier than expected and was delighted! Upon opening, it appeared well packaged and everything looked intact. Closer inspection revealed a few dings and scratches in the finish of most of the anodised items which lead me to believe it was either roughly treated during manufacture (hard to believe) or it was a returned item repackaged! Either way, it doesnt detract from the fact it is well designed, everything fits well and precisely and the detents for the various angles are pretty accurate and very useful! I like the keyed chuck provided for grip on the bit but for ease of use, I will probably switch it for a keyless chuck! This leads me onto the only other little niggle I have and that is the drive shaft to the chuck is round stock and would be better as a hex shaft (IMHO)! The baxse is perectly level, which is more than I can say about a similar item purchased in the UK from a well known store! Looking forward to making many more accurate 90° holes in my work pieces 😀 😄 😉
