Soft steel, bent on first use. I ordered a pair of these a year ago under the Veiko brand (same product ID). This older set from 2023 was of great quality and I use it almost daily. Recently, I decided to order another pair by clicking on the same product under My Orders. The brand had changed to Enjoywood, but the clamps looked the same otherwise. Sadly, the steel does not seem to be of the same quality as last year's. It is a different colour now, and bent the first time I used them. In my image the new ones are on the left with bent heads, and the old ones on the right, which are still 100% fine after a year of heavy usage.
