Overall looks good. The manual is only in Chinese. Will search online for English. Fairly easy to understand without the manual if you know a little bit about electronics. The push button/dial knob for adjustment (rotary encoder) is a bit "flimsy" don't know how long that will last. When you push it to input the values for discharge it is "muddy"... not a firm and definitive click. The button also "wiggles" a bit. When I used it the first time the fan did not come on, causing the unit to heat very rapidly. By prodding the fan with an small instrument the fan came loose and started turning. On the second start up the fan again did not start automatically, however since then it has been working without a problem. The fan self test on startup, then stops, and only start again when heat is high. Check that your fan starts when starting the unit. On the inside every thing looks good and neat like it should. Overall it;s good, will consider buying more to test more batteries at same time.

With this device from ZKE Tech, you can not only test all kinds of batteries, but also test DC power supplies up to 30 V. You can test the device up to 20 A or up to 200 W, whichever comes first. The four MOSFETs on the heatsink are of type URFP250M. These semiconductors have an RDS(on) of 0.075 Ω and an ID of up to 30 A. The maximum power dissipation is 214 W. Next to the four MOSFETs there is a KSD-01F H090. This is a temperature switch that closes at a temperature of 90 °C. It is used to control the fan. It works at two speeds. When the device is switched on, it works at a low speed. If the heatsink gets warmer than 90 °C, the fan switches to a higher, rather noisy speed. We connected the EBD-A20H to a digitally adjustable power supply and compared its voltage indication with that of our Fluke 8842A reference meter. The results are excellent. We created a series circuit of the power supply, the EBD-A20H and our Voltcraft VC650BT meter and set the current on the EBD-A20H. These results are also excellent.

Good electronic load for measuring battery capacity and monitor discharging. It came very well packaged. For those seeking english manual and drivers&software, type "Manual ZKETECH-EBD-A20H" without quotes in Google and you'll get everything in the first three results.....

A nice piece of kit, fairly simple to use. The calibration of Volts/ Amps display is fairly accurate. A nice feature ( that's not in the manual, that I could find) is being able to vary the load dynamically after setting it, when running. The banana plugs for the voltage sensing cables are of low quality. The sockets for the load cables do seems to be bigger than 4mm so you have to use spade connectors if you want to replace these cables with alternatives. Overall, very happy.
