I know these are rated at 220 volts, but so far I have had excellent results with Banggood's 220 volt bulbs operating at 120 volts. Again, I was not disapointed. I got the E12 base (American Candelabra) the bulb itself is only about 5/8" diameter and an inch long - with the base it's a little over 2". The bulb itself is potted in clear silicone. It has 32 small SMD LEDs, and I measured its power at 1 watt @ 120 volts. An important thing to note - the entire metal base is one piece - from the screw threads to the "bell" around the bulb. I would imagine the E14 (European) base is the same way. This should not be significant if you are using the B15 (bayonet) base, as neither electrical connection is to the shell. If your fixture is set up in a way that the screw shell is grounded (earthed), or insulated and not exposed, there will be no problem. But if the screw shell is electrically "hot" and exposed it presents a potential shock hazard. For countries that do not require polarization, that could be a very serious consideration.

So glad I found this product, ideal for lamps where short bulbs are need. I have not tried in fridge but this is the right size. All the small lamps and photograph spots need these globes. Thanks

Fits very good in my lamp, nice bright light. Perhaps a little too white (I bought the warm white type.)
