The threaded bars came straight, despite the packaging not being the best. The pieces had not been stuffed. There is a lack of paper instructions. There are videos on the internet of how to mount it even though printed instructions would have been handy. the printer with this modification no longer has the problem of synchronism with the double Z axis. I recommend the purchase.
I didn't take a assembled photo, but it works wonderfully! Unfortunately, my Ender 3 is rarely in use since I bought a new printer, but if I need to print more, I've already run both at the same time. I am satisfied, good quality, top!
Great product. Mine is fine but sticks came without any box. Luckily they didn't bend on the shipping.
Everything is alright.
Put the unit together and all seems to fit apart from Id say the belt it maybe 1 or 2 teeth short as when I run my gantry up to the very top the stress on the rods is too much for the motor and it skips steps, but if Im only going up to 190mm high its working great, maybe over time the belt will loosen off a bit. It was also missing t-buts for the upper middle belt tensioner (which is not really needed as the belt it probably too tight rather than being loose enough to need a tensioner). lead screws are nice and straight and the bracket to fit onto the RHS of the X gantry fits great. I did have to design and 3D print a piece to fit under the RHS rod bearing holder to stop the RH lead screw - I added a photo of it (printed in white with an M3 nut and bolt.
Flawless. Parts fit very well on my end 3. The timing belt is a bit short. You don't need the belt tensioner.
Arrived quite fast and works perfectly!
very good, thank you, 🌟🌟
Ordered this for my Ender3. Didn't want a dual motor setup so went for this. Seems to work great. Some vertical height lost due to bearings position and extruder motor. Lead screws arrived straight. One star deducted as when ordered it took 1 month to come back into stock. Would like to have known this before ordering..
One of the best upgrades I've done to my ender 3. It greatly improved the appearance of the surfaces and provided support to the right end of the x axis. I suggest replacing the z-axis motor with a 42-40 (same as the extruder), which has a little more power. I took a star off the rating because the original 616mm band was deformed and actually measured 635mm which turned out to be too big to be used. Possibly it was a returned item and the original buyer tried to stretch it out not knowing how to place it. I had to replace it with a new 610mm band which was perfect, and in fact it still needed to tighten it a bit. It should be noted that the belt is placed with the Z axis guide already mounted but loose (without tightening the screws), so that we can slide it a little to one side so that the belt can enter the pulley. Once in place, the guide slides to the final tension position and is tightened.
