Arrived in undranded case , the cardide grade is a Mitsubishi grade , so I guess there Mitsubishi, . They work well and leave a very good finish in mild steel 1018 and 1045. Very happy).

Will buy more, great quality for this price. Tried it in hot rolled steeL, took an agressive cut, and had acceptable finnish, no visible damage to the tip.
