All of them are the same hardness around 60 which is quite rough, so it can be uses only for shaping, you have to finalise with a 120/200 sand paper afterwards. Some of the rubber need some hacking because the paper rolls a little bit, but compared to price it's not a really big deal.

The kit arrived in good shape. It contains a significant number of sanding sleeves and arbors for them. Cannot comment on quality, but it is a good value for the money.
