I am not sure who the target demographic is for this hat, there is nothing physically wrong with it, it is quite light and would be a great warm weather hat.. I bought it because it is adjustable, and even so, the smallest sizing is still too large for my head. One gust of wind and it's gone. There isn't a person alive that would make use of the full range of adjustment it has, making the base size a little smaller would allow anyone to wear it. Unless you have an abnormally large head, or big hair, this is not the hat for you.
