Everything worked out very well. I love the product but I have some problems with disconecting from the wireless network. I bought it to read books and musical scores, so it is not so important for me. While dowoading my books was a little bit annoying but I succeeded.

It's an excellent tablet. Fast, Facebook, Instagram work quickly, the image quality on Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime are very good and works very well in Word and Excel.
