Got the item with no protection or bubble wrap. Fortunately, the item is still safe. Local delivery ninjavan delayed the delivery for 2 days. Even now I'm still waiting for a delivery which is already 5 days delayed. For the keyboard itself, it is working, with hot swappable green optical switches as advertised. It is not lube so they're really scratchy and noisy. I placed some sound dampener to reduce the noise. Will try to change the switches or lube them later. The rgb led's are bright and can be customized. Can install the software as well to do this. All in all it's an ok keyboard. A lot of room for improvement but it's ok for the price I guess.
