2. All projectors, Usually higher brightness means higher noise,Buyer can try to change a Low-power fan,but it will reduce the brightness and heat dissipation, We don't accept this kinds of dispute.
3,Almost all single LCD panel display led projectors have fuzzy corners/edges,this is caused by display technology,it's common phenomenon,so for LED projectors,we not suggest for office/classroom,but for watching movies.

Q1: The screen is not clear when opening the machine, what is the problem?
A1: Make sure that the projection lens is parallel and perpendicular to the wall. If the picture is still not clear and uniform, you can move the distance between the projector and the wall and readjust the focus button and vertical correction button.
Q2: Is it possible to perform screen keystone correction?
A2: The projector basically has a vertical keystone correction of about ±15-30°. A few models are not supported. There are also models that support electronic keystone correction.
Q3: What do different specifications mean
A3: Different specifications mean that the power plug specifications are different, such as EU plug and US plug, but the projector basically supports the use of 110-240V voltage and can be used with a universal power plug.
Q4: What should I do if a black spot appears on the screen after a period of use
A4: Please place the machine in a well-ventilated environment. If the air contains a lot of dust, it will enter the projector with the operation of the cooling fan. If more obvious dust is generated, you can clean the outside of the lens by tapping the projector to try to shake off the dust, or you can remove the dust cover of the projector to clean the dust (The projector is required to have a dust cover function, please contact customer service for detailed operation).
