Product has arrived to Budapest- Hungary in exactly 7days. Origianl Blitzwolf box has been put into another box, so package safety is ok One thing though: user manual states the coffe spoon ( with the compresser head) but it's not in the box,. Website does not list though as packaged content. THE TOP is heated as a feature during standby.... It's the byproduct of the heater components allocation...Every product consumes energy during standby for nothing... at least BlitzWolf's design made it useful energy using....better to have a ristretto in a hot cup than a cold ( ristretto is by design not that hot..... ) In overall, 20bars makes a real good coffee foam with a presso... and this one is REALLLY REALLY GOOD COFFEE FOAM aka good coffee:D
