The diameter of the glass is not about 40mm, as it was answered by sam on December 12,2018, in a customer's question, but it is 33mm (1,3in). I was misled since i needed a glass with 1,6in diameter and this one is much smaller and can not be used properly. For someone who needs a 1.3in glass this is a quality product that i recommend.
