You could have provided a switch to turn off the clock lighting or lower its intensity. Because the latter is powered by a battery and its lighting by the sector! The manual does not explain how to adjust the chime.

Vous auriez pu prévoir un interrupteur pour éteindre l'éclairage de l'horloge ou baisser son intensité. Car cette dernière est alimentée par une pile et son éclairage par le secteur ! La notice n'explique pas comment régler le carillon.
