Interesting device, which works pretty well. You can, for instance, turn your TV into BT enabled and wirelessly listen over any BT headphones. The device, when first plugged in, goes into transmitter mode and waits for pairing. You simply initiate pairing of your desired headphones and it will establish a wireless BT link. I have not tried it in receiver mode yet, but there's a good instruction anybody can follow.
