It comes assembled with four wires in a carton box with a sheet of manual. Build quality is superb, battery contacts are solid and well made. The whole case is metal construction which means that it will last for long time. I tested it with button cells, AAs and Li-ions I didn't notice any overheating problems. I do definitely recommend this to anyone who tests and measures batteries.
