First download the app, then press and hold for a few seconds black the button with txt " Hz %" printed on it, until the bluetooth symbol starts blinking on the left side of the screen. Excelente multimeter for the price. The bluetooth function to communicate with my smartphone is awesome. And you will "never" miss a scope (if you only deal with very low frequency signals, of course). The BluetoothDMM app is very simple, but works very well, allowing to save graphs of the measures. The measure quality is precise enough. Again, for the price, this is a must have in your benchwork.
