The RG552 is an excellent console in it's own right but, My RG552 turned up battered! The box had obviously been dropped or hit by a hard object...When I unwrapped the device and first tested the button function, Both R1 and L1 didn't work (They were pressed inside the casing)...One of the screws on the back casing also fell out! And the glass protection screen was shattered! I managed to free the R buttons with a prizing tool but, nothing can be done with the glass. The console was pre-loaded with 20,000 games (144GB Version) and the console has so-far, ran about 90% of the games I tried at full speed. This console deserves 5 stars but, Obviously, mine arrived broken and battered so it gets 4 I'm afraid.
