The power supply output is 24.8V with no load. At 1.8A load the output is 24.43V (see the photo) At 3A load the output is 24.41V The above results are good. I did not test at the rated 4A current. I have not yet ran it for a long time to see how much it heats up. The label on the back is not like the one in the description. The rest looks identical. Very good and compact power supply. It has one LED that indicates if the power supply is on but its light is a bit dim. I'd prefer if it would be brighter. It supplies 24V and has a connector of type 5525 that is perfect for the TS100 soldering iron. If you have one of those soldering irons and if you are looking for a good power supply, look no further and get one of these.

Works as advertised. 24v output. couldn’t test full 4 amp draw so don’t know if it can reach that output. Do take note it does not come with the mains cable. you will need to supply your own power cable.
