I bought the 990A biplane, I also have the 993 delta glider from the same company which I have already reviewed separately. The good thing with the 990A is that it has a removable/replaceable battery, the 993 does not. The negative with both planes is they do not not have proportional turn thrust, turn power is either full on or off, so you can't control to get smooth turns. Also the transmitter has a strong spring on the throttle stick, it should not have a spring at all, good thing is that the spring is easily removed which is what I have done. The 990A is jerky in the turns so you really have to actively fly this plane which may be harder for young people or people new to this hobby. It flies about the same speed as the 993, maybe a bit faster, the 993 is more stable to fly. I gave both these planes 4 stars, they could have been 5 star winners if they had proportional turn thrust like most other differential thrust planes, I would have expected it at this price point.
