Working great to drive a linear motor actuator in both direction. Unfortunately there is no wiring schema and no specific connectors in extra to plug it at your system. so , you will have to cut both connectors. Then use green and white wires for the input supply (12V DC) with green + and white -). The output (plug @ the linear motor) is black (-) and red (+) in upway and opposite polarity for the downway.
