this dc-dc is good, but weak : rated for 8A, its hard to get it (6A ... not more for 24v->12v). i use it at 5 Amps with fan . after 10 days use : the voltage down sowly , 12.6V, drop down slowly around 5v in 4 hours, and after : dont work anymore. i say to me " 1 dc-dc... okay, manufacturing problem ... it happen ..." i use another one at 4 Amps, same thing : 12 days and drop down to 3 V . now, i use 2 of them at 13.3V, 3 Amps each. i will see . my use : charge 12V battery by 24V battery, charged by solar pannel . the 12V battery is not always in charge . i dont undestand why 2 dc-dc die like this . i will see soon if it jsut only manufacturing problem.
