CO2 sensing is using NDIR, PM sensor is pretty standard looking unit, VOC sensor is also present. Temperature and humidity sensor reports very similar values as my other sensor next to it. My version uses T1-U-HL module for WiFi communication. IR proximity sensors is sensitive and sometimes triggers by itself. And finally the battery is just there if you want to move it somewhere but not for long term continuous operation. Runs flat in couple of hours. Otherwise Im pretty happy with this unit.
