i-lite I have one of them attached to a small heat sink, it is ok at 12 volts and taking in 5 W no problem. Heats to about 70 deg centigrade but no more - size of the heat sink is 25 x 25 x 8 mm, used some heat transfer paste there. It will certainly burn without a heatsink at full blast but at 8,3 V and 100 mA it does not heat much and still gives light at this level, less than 1 W :-) - perfect for my camera light project where I don't need many watts and definitely no heat.

senegalec Každopádne musí byť pripojené na chladič s tepelne vodivou pastou. Vtedy bude OK a bez problémov.Používam rebrový chladič cca 5x5 cm výška cca 1 cm.
