These are a great upgrade for. Plastic geared 9g servos such as the Turnigy 9G Eco servos. What I've found is that if the model has wood elevons, this servo cannot hold up. If you want a heavier duty servo, check out the Emax ES3352 as something that will drop in place of these. They are around $10 US /ea but they are way tougher and have the larger servo arm spline like the 3154 servos pictured below. I won't be buying any more ES08 servos!

I bought the pack of five of these Emax servos. I have used them in my SCX24 deadbolt, and they are a massive upgrade compared to the crap, stock servo on the SCX24. I also have one in a Hobby Plus CR24 with the electronics upgrade package. Not that much of a difference compared to the Hobby Plus upgrade servo. Strong and fast, and as long as you mind end points and dual rates, and don't drive like an idiot, this should last a long time.

Good appearance and quality, smooth operation without tremors. In specs it says the torque reaches 1.5kg with 4.8V. Testing, in the second hole of the arm, it holds up to 1.1kg well and in the third hole up to 690g. Adding weight is already starting to fail. For the model they're intended for, more than enough.

Aspecto y calidad buena, buen funcionamiento sin temblores. En especificaciones dice que el torque llega a 1.5kg con 4,8V. Haciendo pruebas, en el segundo agujero del brazo, aguanta bien hasta 1.1kg y en el tercer agujero hasta 690g. Añadiendo peso ya empiezan a fallar. Para el modelo al que estan destinados, mas que suficiente.
