The whole system in general works. the regualator is not functioning as it should. ie I cannot adjust the output, and the power delivered from the two USB ports is inadequate to power a tablet. it can support a mobile but not a tablet or a camera for surveillance. In other words if you connect this to a large Ah battery you will have the power to charge it and use it. don't expect the regulator to do the job , only for mobile phones. and I am not sure what will happen in rain. It's a very good choice for boats and Travellers. the cables provided are not useful and you have to make your own to connect the regulator.
