I used one of these COBs and an old CPU heatsink in order to help keep it cool. I used it on seedlings but I cannot say it helped or hindered their growth. I will set up a control group and add more information later.

Bought these twice, overheated them the first time;, accidently ran them hot enough to burn finger on heatsink. They still worked fine till I overheated them again when water cooling pump died🤣 New ones been running 24/7 since purchase🙊
