The product is very minimalistic, as you may see in the first image: there is the thermos, the cover and a place where tea leaves may be put. The design is good. I poured boiling water: it took 5 minutes for the display to reach 71 (Celsius) degrees, which was the maximum attainable. In 6 hours the temperature dropped to 53 degrees, and the thermos was just a bit lukewarm: insulation is therefore ok. The only problem I have is that the thermos came with no instruction whatsoever - ok, maybe they were printed in the packaging, but they were in Chinese. Not that too much was needed, but a page explaining how to wash it and some specification would be needed. I contacted Banggood which told me that there was no such manual at the moment (one week ago).
