my order came in very fast, nice! for it's price this is a good product although the plastic may have been a bit thicker. the 4 small fan are working good and also is the LED inside but the big fan isn't working at all, tried the 2 usb ports (don't know if that matters) but no change. i don't know if there is an LED inside the big one, if so it also not working. If it should work like it suppose to this would be a good cooling pad.

Se nota un monton en la temperatura del portatil que la baja en conparacion de si no lo tiene. es un ruidoso pero te acostumbras. tienes la posibilidad de apagar los 4 pequeños y el grande independientes el que tenga color da igual ya que en mi caso lo tapo todo con el 17" Lo recomiendo

I'm very disappointed that it came broken. It works but i'm not so pleased with the quality besides is not that cheap so I was hoping for a better product
