Just received, everything ok, fast delivery (1 week ahead of their forecast). Everything as it was described in the product description. Both batteries are already charged and ready to work. I haven't tried unscrewing the wheel nuts yet because it's raining but it's just put off. So far so good.5 stars.

Appena ricevuto, tutto ok, consegna rapidissima (1 settimana di anticipo alle loro previsioni). Tutto come era descritto nella descrizione del prodotto. Entrambe le batterie già cariche e quindi già pronte al lavoro. Non ho ancora provato a svitare i dadi della ruota perchè piove ma è solo rimandato. Al momento tutto bene. 5 stelle.

Welcome, I'm afraid I have a problem with you. Yesterday I was delighted to receive my 2pcs 1200nm and screwing machine. I rushed to fill one up, took it to work with me today. Unfortunately, it didn't work for 1 hour, it stops quite frequently on the right turn, but it turns 180 degrees and stops. I can't work with him I wanted to unscrew a 10mm cardan screw with him but unfortunately he couldn't do that. My other plane is an older parkside 400sqm and I conveniently unrolled it. So the torque is not as specified, nor works. I was wondering what to do at this hour. Where do I send it back or what do I do with it? Thank you very much for your response.

Üdvözlöm önt önöket, sajnos problémával fordulok önökhöz. Tegnap nagy örömömre megkaptam a 2db 1200nm es ütvecsavarozó gépemet. Sietve egyiket feltöltöttem ,ma elvittem magammal munkába. Sajnos 1 óra hosszát sem működött ,jobbra forgásban elég sűrűn megáll balra viszont 180 fokot fordul és megáll. Nem tudok vele dolgozni 10mm es kardán csavart szerettem volna kicsavarni vele de sajnos erre képtelen volt. A másik gépem egy öregebb parkside 400nm es azzal kényelmesen kitekertem. Tehát a nyomaték sem az mint a megadott , meg müködni sem müködik. Érdeklődnék hogy mi a teendő ilyenkor. Hova kúldjem vissza vagy mit csináljak vele? Köszönöm szépen a válaszukat.
