Absolutely fabulous! Figuring out how to connect it was a little difficult, but the matrix had all the necessary cables. Activated the Remote and voila! at the touch of two buttons on the remote, I can now switch from my laptop to my workstation, monitors, keyboard, mouse, and all! Good quality and operation. As a "dual monitor" KVM, it's a bit misleading. It does support 2 monitors, but it doesn't support "dual monitors". It's two single-monitor workstations (keyboard/mouse/1 monitor) that can be connected to any of 4 different sets of inputs. There's no apparent way to associate pairs of monitors together to let you easily switch between 2 dual-monitor computers.

Surprised just how much I like this, works even better than expected. No problems with screens syncing, screen switching is reasonably quick. Audio pass-through works well. The remote works from very tight angles. Only wish the remote was properly labeled and oriented to match the kvm-A and B naming scheme.

Slightly buggy but works after you figure it out. Sometimes needs a quick reboot but the switch is in front of you anyway so that's not much trouble. Monitors, keyboards and mice with dongles work ok, other devices like webcams and ethernet adapters do not work through its usb switching.
