    Bought 3, tested two of them and they work fine! Contrary to what I have seen in other commentaries, the ON/OFF switch is also working on battery in my case. Note: I have not fully tested the charge/discharge of the battery, but I had one running for 5hours on a mid-charged battery...

    These are great units with a built-in OLED display, well made too. The units power on when connected to use regardless of the switch position. The switch controls the battery power only.
