Tested a couple and they seem fine. -3V gives 3.05V- -3.3V gives 3.23V- -7.5V gives 7.23V- you can't really go wrong for this price

Product corresponds to the description. Good set for small money. Should not be missing workshop in any electronics workshop. Quality is good and works without problems.

The main plastic bag has inside 30 small bags with the 300 zeners divided by the voltage value. The voltage is written on each envelope and sometime it is not easy to read, but everything is as promised. The precision, measured with the TC1 tester, it is acceptable. good value for money. i diodi sono contenuti in 30 piccoli sacchettini di plastica con scritto il valore di tensione e talvolta è difficile leggerne il valore, ma tutto è come da descrizione. la precisione misurata con lo strumento TC-1 è accettabile. buon prodotto e buon rapporto prezzo prestazioni.

I'll probably never use some of the higher voltage zeners; however, considering that a package of 5 zeners from Radio Scrap costs twice as much as 300 of them from Bang_good I don't care. I knocked off a star because a lot of the individual package markings were hard or impossible to read. One package had no marking at all. I was able to determine that it was a bag of 11 volt zeners by applying a bias voltage to the diode and measuring the voltage across the diode. Compounding the issue is that the diode marking was impossible to read even under a microscope. No biggie. As I said I was able to determine its value by testing it. I'll probably be using that diode as a noise source anyway so the zener voltage isn't relative. Fyi, the device tolerance is 10% so don't expect tight regulation. They will make good bias sources for transistor amplifiers and constant current sources. I've attached a copy of my design for an active load using a TIP31C transistor and 3 volt zener. The meter is a 1 ma full scale ammeter available from Bang_good with 1840 ohms in series scaling the meter to 2 A full scale. I use the load to assist me testing power supplies I design.
