It seems like good batteries, they came charged up to 3.58v each. I made 2s of them from the assembly and charged from the factory to full charge, the elements were taken 3440mah, I did not check the capacity at full discharge, but in theory it should correspond.

I have rewrapped these and the are actually Samsung 48G batteries so rated at 10amp continuous discharge rate good for about 35w while vaping
