The vacuum/blower does not work. I have charged both batteries and, depending on the charger, they are charged (?); however, the vacuum cleaner/blower still does not work. I can't check if the problem is with the charger, the batteries or the vacuum cleaner/blower. NOTE: Both batteries have loose screws (!). I suspect both batteries have been tampered with! I have filed a complaint and I am pending resolution. Given the comments of other customers, 41.4% of customers have had problems with the product!, this seller should not be allowed to sell this product. STAFF!!! Here's the YOUTUBE LINK

La aspiradora/sopladora no funciona. He cargado las dos baterías y, según el cargador, están cargadas (?); sin embargo, la aspiradora/sopladora, sigue sin funcionar. No puedo comprobar si el problema es del cargador, de las baterías o de la aspiradora/sopladora. NOTA: en las dos baterías se observan tornillos flojos (!). ¡Sospecho que ambas baterías han sido manipuladas! He presentado reclamación y estoy pendiente de resolución. Vistos los comentarios de otros clientes, !el 41,4% de los clientes ha tenido problemas con el producto!, a este vendedor no no se le debería permitir la venta de este producto. ¡¡¡ESTAFA!!! Non sò se funzionerà a dovere x ora batteria completamente scarica e devo aspettare domani mattina, anke perché il pacco e arrivato completamente aperto e quindi non sò se mancano alcuni pezzi

Le produit correspond à la description. l'emballage est de mauvaise qualité. Le colis est arrivé ouvert et déposé dans la boîte aux lettres sans contrôle au moment de la livraison. très désagréable et pas normal en cas de perte de pièces contenues dans le colis. je déconseille ce vendeur.

Fast delivery. It looks good, has decent performance but the batteries have come completely discharged. But they managed to revive them. I hope they last. Well thank you.

Prodotto scadente.. non funzionante.. ho chiesto il rimborso e non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. Inaffidabili non acquisterò mai più.
