Outstanding welder, I've used both the TIG and ARC sides of the system. TIG is not a scratch start when ARC-boost is set properly, just press the button and the ARC forms easily and is very effecient. (others have said it's scratch start on TIG, it's not!) At 120amps it draws less than 18 amps at 220v and has a 100% duty cycle, as you go up from there the duty cycle drops. However this unit is amazingly portable and I personally can weld better with this than I could with the industrial Lincoln we had at work. I have recommended to my friends already!
