magnets are in fact 1.75 mm, while there were sold as: 2 mm This is a 12.5 percent "discount" on magnetic material... This is an unacceptable change from stated description of item being sold. Also, they were sent without any intervening "separator" to reduce strength required to separate the single magnets, as well as REDUCING THE RISK OF CHIPPING - notoriously very easy to happen with these magnets CONCLUSION: if you want reliable quality LOOK ELSEWHERE!
