Received the item in good order in spite of the packaging not being that good. Tested the charger with the battery delivered with it and worked fine. The charging took some 1.5 hours and gave a 4.15V at the end of charge. Battery is very light and has not yet been tested for capacitance and power but seems good enough for normal usage. Major minus points is that the charger, once connected to an AC outlet socket to power up, lights Green even without the battery in place. In my case the delivered battery had outer clear thin band of plastic protection and the device showed a green status of "Charged" when inserted into the charger and,in fact, nothing was happening. After removal of this plastic band and battery reinserted into the charger, the Green light changed to Red and at the end of the charge returned to Green. Such behaviour should be passed on in an Instruction Leaflet but mine did not have any. The least to be done is include such in the product information on the Website exactly as done with its two battery version lookalike.
