This LED driver is better than some others but nevertheless it can't be sold inside the EU. The reasons for that are that the outgoing disturbence noice (EMI) is higher than the allowed level and the elektronic security level is to low. So it doesnt has the twice isolation through the hole design and in case of one fault at isolation the user is able to touch electrical line potential on the secondary side. The screws for the cable clamp are only fake.
