    Received it in quick time but unfortunately the inserts was missing. But reaching out to the customer service got everything sorted out.They sent me a replacement for free and I received within a week.Thanks Flora for your help .The item itself is in good quality but i think the tread is way to low/short,its about an inch from the mouth of the opening to the top of the taper.I find that i constantly checking it out if its loose and it does come lose often.The feel is not as solid as with the OEM gearknob.,feeling
