I ordered an er25 collet set. I received the er20 collet set instead. When I contacted this company twice I was told I had to submit pictures of the er20 collets sent to me which I did twice. I never heard anything back from Banggood about their mistake. Now I am stuck with er20 collets and an er25 collet holder. I won't do any more business with Banggood.
