These are too thick for most US padlock tolerances but I always grind, sand and polish until I can get what works best for me. These were a good price for the set and because these are better than using an aluminum can, I customize all my stuff to work best for me. If you are looking for shims ready to open US padlock, these are not what you want.. But if you like starting out with the perfect shape and have the time to polish them up, you will be happy with them.
