The 380x zoom is impressive. The un-collimated alignment out-of-the-box [brand new] is very unimpressive. If you don't recognize the term, the lenses & prisms arrived improperly aligned such that the images do not merge. Should you receive binoculars that are de-collimated you will be studying on how to realign them. I have no way of knowing if they were shipped out of alignment or the collimation misalignment occurred from rough shipping.
